14-Day Return Window

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original, undamaged packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom-made or specially ordered engineering products.
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.
• Used PPE (for hygiene and safety reasons).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
